Manifest Entry screens

We have completely overhauled the manifest entry screens. It is a lot easier to select cost centers for you and for your group members. Entry fields also change depending on the Product Class that you choose (ex. Courier shipments open up the consignee field).  Also, multiple entries could be entered within the same screen (3 entries per page) to save you more time.

Better Error Notification

No more obscure and unclear error messages. We have added guide messages whenever entered information is invalid and now you know exactly where the error is as well. Enter ranges that are not in your preset pricing ? Then the correct ranges will be displayed for you.  You can make changes and complete submitting your entries right away.

 

 

Cost Center screens

We have completely optimized cost center entry.  Now you can easily create cost centers for publications, enter new publications and even enter cost centers for non publications. All of this in a more intuitive and simplified interface.

Here are some more features coming your way :

 

·         Multi-level markups enable you to store markups based on price rate, product class or enter a catch all markup for everything

·         Simplified Reporting give you better filtering and better layout for the existing report. We have merged similar reports into one so you should be able to get the report you need with fewer clicks. Export to PDF and CSV as well

·         Custom Fields in Reports? Check. Now you could add custom fields by setting it in the configuration page. Need more fields to be added in the reports? Simply ask for it and get optional fields that you can add on the report page

·         Import Cost Centers and Markups. If you have multiple cost centers and markups, you can do bulk uploads with the Import tool

·         Better Email Notification. You get an email whenever corrections are made with your shipments, be they different piece counts or weights
